Dolphins

Story behind the shot

We took a break from diving to snorkel in the clear blue water off one of the islands in the Galapagos. Just after we jumped in, a pod of Common Bottlenose Dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) swam by us, so we grabbed our cameras and dove with them. They went by quickly, but then turned around and came back…probably just to show off how much better swimmers they are.
