Warranty and Returns

Upon receipt, please inspect your prints carefully. If there is an issue, you must notify us in writing via email within two days of receipt, and include photos of any damages to the print or packaging. If we are not notified within two days, we will assume that your order arrived in acceptable condition and you will not be able to make a claim at a later date. We will not be responsible for damages that occur during the unpacking or installation of the print.
You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Unless you were shipped the wrong product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Full refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, so we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide us with the shipment tracking number.
If you choose the "Customer will pick up..." option at checkout but fail to pick up the order, a $100 handling fee will be applied to the order and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
For custom orders, we will only replace prints that are shown to have a defect in manufacturing, otherwise all purchases are final and will not be refunded.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all prints against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Should any issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we will, at our discretion, either (1) repair the print without charge, (2) ship replacement product of the same item as originally supplied, or (3) refund the original purchase price if the print is deemed non-repairable. We will not be responsible for labor charges associated with repair work, damages caused by abuse, fire, war, extreme weather, or acts of God.
